Rakipi
When I was little we moved from the north to the sea. Many people made fun of my dialect, so I started to change the way I talked. My parents lost a son before I was born. It used to be common for children to die, medical care was poor. When I was born, it was clear to my parents that - come what may - a son would be born into the family. My fate was sealed before I was born and I accepted it because I wanted to make my parents happy. Women and children need protection in our society, and I stood up for them every day.
